These terms govern a business page on Visit-Nagaland.com and the information supplied by its owner or authorised representative.
1. The listing service
The listing service is supplied by Lendlink Tech Private Limited, owner and operator of Visit-Nagaland.com. It provides a dedicated business information page and inclusion in relevant directory searches, subject to the plan, the information available and these terms. It does not supply a separate domain, an independently hosted business website or a guarantee of customers.
The service is intended for legitimate tourism-related businesses and community services. It can cover accommodation, food and drink, taxis and transfers, vehicle hiring, tour operators, guides, activities, village experiences, culture and crafts, shopping, attractions, photography, events and traveller support. Acceptance depends on relevance, lawful operation and the ability to present accurate information.
2. Who may apply
You must be the owner, operator or an authorised representative of the business. Provide a business name that reflects the actual service and identify the relevant property, branch or operating location. We may seek proportionate evidence where there is a competing ownership claim, a sensitive location or a reason to question a representation.
A claimed listing is not proof of company registration, tourism registration or any activity-specific approval. The business remains responsible for obtaining and maintaining the registrations, permissions, insurance and compliance relevant to its own activities. Do not describe a licence or recognition as current if it has expired or belongs to another operator.
3. Standard annual plan
Proposed standard listing plan for approval: ₹1,200 for a 12-month listing. [CONFIRM: whether this amount includes applicable taxes, and the final public plan wording.] The final price, taxes, included services and any optional extras must be shown in the order before you commit to payment. A different rate applies only where it is clearly quoted and accepted.
The annual listing period starts when the approved paid listing is first published, unless the order expressly identifies a different start date agreed with you. We will identify the service period in the confirmation. Time spent waiting for us to process a complete application is not silently deducted from an annual publication period.
The proposed standard service includes one business page, relevant category classification, district information, supplied photographs that meet our requirements, a description, public contact information and appropriate location or enquiry links. Features not expressly included, such as paid advertising campaigns, booking management, professional photography or custom websites, are separate services and require a separate agreement.
4. One page, several relevant categories
A single business can appear in more than one relevant category without duplicating the same page. Category selections must reflect services actually supplied. A homestay offering meals and guided walks can request those classifications; it must not claim to be a licensed tour operator merely to appear in more searches.
Separate properties or branches can require separate listings because their addresses, contacts and operating details differ. Any additional fee must be disclosed before a separate paid page is created. Duplicate entries intended only to dominate search results may be combined or declined.
5. Information and photographs
Supply an accurate description, public contact details, actual district, locality, operating information and the services you want to advertise. Prices should state their unit and important conditions. Explain room occupancy, meal scope, vehicle type, trip duration, inclusions and exclusions where relevant.
Use photographs that you own or are permitted to use for commercial business promotion. Do not submit images taken from another property, a photographer’s portfolio or a tourism authority without the necessary permission. Obtain appropriate agreement for identifiable people and be particularly careful with children, private homes and sensitive cultural subjects.
You give the Company a non-exclusive permission to edit formatting, resize images and publish the submitted material for your listing and agreed promotion. You retain ownership. We must not materially misrepresent your service, invent endorsements or use your material for unrelated resale. Any additional campaign or substantially different use requires an appropriate agreement.
6. Location and nearby eligibility
Ordinary directory publication and nearby-search eligibility are separate. A listing can be searchable by name, category and district without an approved coordinate pin. Nearby inclusion and directions require a valid location approved for public display.
Provide the actual visitor entrance, meeting point or suitable business location. A private residence should not be exposed merely because it is a postal address. We may ask for an owner-supplied map link or other evidence, but such evidence is not an independent safety inspection. A checked location label, if displayed, must describe only what was checked.
7. Price information
The structured price fields contain an indicative starting amount in Indian rupees and a price unit. We do not automatically extract a nightly price from a free-text menu or description. You should correct a starting rate when it is no longer available under the stated conditions.
Businesses without a valid amount and unit can remain in unfiltered results, but are omitted when a price filter requires that information. You must honour a specific offer you agree with a customer subject to its disclosed conditions and applicable law. A low headline price must not conceal unavoidable charges or advertise a service that cannot actually be obtained.
8. Review, editing and publication
Submission does not guarantee acceptance. We may request clarification, correct spelling or formatting, shorten repetitive material, remove unsupported claims or decline material that is unlawful, misleading, irrelevant or outside the platform’s scope. Material changes to the substance of an offer should be clarified with you.
A dashboard, automatic approval or immediate publication is available only if expressly provided. Otherwise, updates can be requested through support. Our publication check does not make us the business’s licensing authority, insurer, employer or guarantor.
9. Ordering and visibility
The normal directory currently lists matching businesses alphabetically by title, using a consistent internal tie-breaker. Nearby results use estimated straight-line distance among eligible matching records. Filters, availability of the relevant data and the search point affect visibility.
An annual fee does not guarantee a first position, a search-engine ranking, a minimum number of impressions or a particular number of enquiries, bookings or sales. Sponsored placements, if separately introduced, must be disclosed and described before purchase. They do not confer an independent recommendation or official recognition.
10. Renewal and expiry
The standard plan is intended to renew only when the next period is expressly purchased. It is not an authority for automatic debits. Automatic renewal may be introduced only through a separate, clearly disclosed choice and a valid payment mandate where required.
We may send reasonable service reminders to the business contact. Renewal pricing and any material changes should be explained before a new purchase. Unless an order says otherwise, renewal preserves the existing business identity and page where practicable; it does not reset the business’s responsibility for accurate information.
At expiry, paid listing benefits end and the business may be removed from public directory results or its paid page unpublished. We will not automatically convert private application material into a public free listing. Records needed for accounts, disputes or legal obligations may be retained under the Privacy Policy.
11. Enquiries and customer information
Only use a visitor’s enquiry to respond to the relevant request and provide the agreed service, unless a further lawful permission applies. Do not sell enquiry details, add people to unrelated mailing lists, pressure visitors to share unnecessary documents or disclose their travel arrangements publicly.
You are responsible for your own booking confirmations, receipts, tax obligations, provider cancellation terms and customer support. If you collect payment directly, make the recipient and service clear. Do not imply that the Company holds or guarantees a payment when it does not.
12. Corrections, disputes and restrictions
Tell us promptly about closure, ownership changes, unsafe access, obsolete contact details or a significant change in services. A change of operator may require a new authority check. The listing should not be sold or reassigned without notifying us.
We may restrict or remove a listing to investigate impersonation, unlawful activity, rights violations, misleading claims or a serious safety concern. Where practical and lawful, we will provide a reason and a way to respond. Urgent protective action may precede that notice.
Paid status does not prevent legitimate complaints or corrections. Refund consequences depend on the reason for restriction, services delivered, the order and applicable law, as explained in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. We do not apply an undisclosed penalty simply because a business disputes an editorial decision.
13. Changes and contact
A new general policy does not retrospectively remove a material benefit from an existing paid period. If the Company ends a paid listing for its own convenience or cannot supply the agreed service, the available remedy will be assessed fairly under the order and refund policy.
Read these terms with our Terms and Conditions, Cancellation and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Listing questions and ownership disputes should be sent through Contact, Support and Complaints.
