Last updated: 28 October 2026. Effective date: [CONFIRM: date approved for publication]. Company particulars and operational commitments must be confirmed before publication.
These terms explain your use of Visit-Nagaland.com, the responsibilities of users and businesses, and the limits of directory information.
1. Who operates this website
Visit-Nagaland.com is owned and operated by Lendlink Tech Private Limited, referred to in these terms as “we”, “us”, “our” or “the Company”. “You” means a visitor, account holder, contributor, business representative or other person using the platform. A “provider” is a business or person offering accommodation, food, transport, guiding, an activity or another service described on the website.
Our company and complaint contact details are published on the Contact, Support and Complaints page. These terms apply to the website and the features made available through it. A service has not been purchased merely because it is described on an informational page.
2. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern access to our content and available website services. Where you register an account, submit content or purchase a platform service, the relevant terms must be made available at that point and any required affirmative acceptance must be obtained. We do not treat passive browsing as consent to optional marketing or non-essential data processing.
Use of a paid listing is also governed by the Business Listing Terms, the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the particular order confirmed with you. Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. If a specific written order gives a service-specific commitment that differs from a general term, that commitment applies to that service to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this document reduces a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. What the platform provides
The platform provides tourism information, business discovery and contact information. Features may include destination guides, category and district search, indicative price information, nearby search and links to provider websites, telephone numbers or directions.
A directory listing does not, by itself, create a booking, reserve a room, appoint us as your travel agent or make us the supplier of a provider’s services. Unless a separate transaction expressly states that the Company is supplying or arranging a particular service, the relevant provider is responsible for that service and for its agreement with you.
Features described as planned, under development or unavailable are not offered for immediate purchase or use. We will identify the supplier, price and applicable transaction terms before introducing a platform booking or payment service.
4. Eligibility and authority
Public travel information can be read without a business account. Accounts used to enter contracts, purchase listings or represent a business are intended for adults with legal capacity to do so. A person submitting a business listing must have authority from its owner or operator.
If you act for a company, partnership, association, community group or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to provide its information and accept the relevant service terms. Do not impersonate another operator or claim a business page without permission.
5. Accounts and security
Where accounts are available, provide accurate contact information, keep your sign-in details confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share a password with an unrelated business or use another person’s account without authority.
We may ask for proportionate evidence before changing an account owner, public contact number or claimed business identity. Do not send payment PINs, one-time passwords or complete identity documents in an ordinary message. We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, unlawful content or a material breach. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and offer a way to respond.
6. Information you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of your submissions, including business descriptions, prices, contact details, photographs, stories and statements about other people. You must have the necessary permission to publish personal information, logos and creative work.
Do not submit false operating hours, misleading location pins, fabricated accessibility claims, another business’s photographs or unsupported claims of official recognition. Information that changes, such as prices, temporary closures or telephone numbers, should be corrected promptly.
The limited publication permission granted for submitted material is described in our Editorial, Advertising and Content Rights Policy. You retain ownership of your original material; submission is not a blanket transfer of copyright.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the platform to commit fraud, harass people, publish unlawful discrimination, distribute malware, solicit unlawful activity or disclose private information without authority. Do not interfere with access controls, attempt to obtain confidential records or overload the website.
Automated activity must respect access restrictions and applicable law. You may not harvest business or visitor contact details for unsolicited marketing, create a competing copy of our compiled directory through unauthorised bulk extraction or misrepresent our name as your own. Ordinary browsing, legitimate linking and uses allowed by law are not prohibited by this clause.
8. Travel information and local requirements
Travel conditions can change after an article or listing is updated. Before travelling, confirm permits, entry conditions, transport, weather, road access, local restrictions and any activity-specific permissions with the appropriate authority or provider.
A suggested itinerary is a planning aid, not a personalised assurance that the journey is safe or suitable for your health, mobility, experience or travel dates. Read our Travel Information and Safety Disclaimer. Community instructions, closures and lawful restrictions take priority over information on this website.
9. Search, classifications and location
Category and district filters organise the available records. Businesses may appear in several relevant categories, but a category label does not certify their licences, service quality or availability. The normal directory currently orders matching results by business title, with a consistent internal tie-breaker. The nearby tool orders matching eligible results by estimated straight-line distance from the selected search point.
Nearby search uses our own eligible listings and depends on available location data. Device positioning requires your browser’s permission when requested. It can be inaccurate or unavailable. Straight-line distances are not road distances; directions opened in an external mapping service remain subject to that service’s data and terms.
We will identify any separately introduced sponsored or featured placements so they are not mistaken for an independent quality ranking. A paid listing does not automatically receive preferential organic search ordering.
10. Prices and provider arrangements
Listing prices are indicative starting rates unless a provider expressly confirms a specific offer. Read the currency, unit, occupancy, duration, inclusions, taxes and conditions together. A nightly accommodation rate cannot be directly compared with a meal or a vehicle trip solely because the amounts appear in the same search.
Before paying a provider, confirm the total amount, dates, service details, cancellation terms and identity of the payment recipient. A listing enquiry or click-to-call action is not a guarantee that a provider has accepted your request. Provider refunds and performance obligations arise under your agreement with that provider and applicable law.
11. Payments to the Company
If you buy a listing or other platform service, the order should identify the Company as the supplier of that platform service, state the amount and taxes, explain the service period and disclose any renewal arrangement. Do not pay to a personal account merely because someone claims to represent the website.
Payment processing is subject to the payment provider’s procedures. We do not ask for your payment PIN or one-time password. A debit shown by your bank without an order confirmation should be reported with the transaction reference, not your full payment credentials. The Cancellation and Refund Policy explains our handling of platform charges.
12. Intellectual property and links
Website design, original articles, branding and compiled material are protected by the rights of their respective owners. You may use the website for lawful personal travel planning and may share links to public pages. Reproduction or commercial reuse of material beyond what the law permits requires the relevant permission.
Third-party photographs, maps, trademarks and official materials retain their own terms. A credit is not a substitute for a required licence. External links are provided for convenience and context; we do not control third-party websites or guarantee their availability, accuracy or security.
13. Corrections and complaints
Report a misleading listing, privacy concern, copyright issue, suspected impersonation or material error through the contact page. Include the page address, a clear explanation and relevant evidence. We may seek a response, limit access to disputed material, add a clarification or remove content while assessing the issue.
A removal request does not automatically establish that a complaint is correct, and a business payment does not protect a listing from appropriate moderation. We will consider the rights of the affected people, the seriousness of the concern and applicable legal requirements.
14. Availability and changes
We aim to maintain a useful website, but maintenance, hosting failures, security events or circumstances outside our control can interrupt access. We may improve navigation, classifications or presentation without materially reducing a purchased service. A material failure to provide a paid service will be considered under the applicable order and refund policy.
Changes to these terms will be identified by an updated version or date. Material changes to an existing paid commitment will not be applied retrospectively merely by editing a webpage. Where a change requires consent or notice, we will use the appropriate process.
15. Responsibility and lawful limitations
Providers are responsible for the services they supply, and users are responsible for their own unlawful conduct or unauthorised submissions. We remain responsible for the obligations that apply to our own platform services. We do not promise that every third-party statement is complete or that every journey will proceed as planned.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by an independent provider, an external website or a user’s disregard of a known closure or warning. This clause does not exclude liability for our fraud, wilful misconduct, a legally non-excludable duty, or a remedy that consumer or other applicable law gives you. No blanket “no refund” or “use entirely at your own risk” statement overrides those rights.
If a claim concerns unauthorised material you supplied, you must reasonably cooperate in correcting or removing it. Any claim for compensation must be based on applicable law and the actual circumstances; these terms do not impose an unlimited indemnity for matters outside your control.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to a particular user or transaction. Please first contact the Company so that we can investigate a complaint and try to resolve it.
Nothing here requires you to give up access to a competent consumer commission, regulator, court or another remedy provided by law. We do not impose compulsory private arbitration through this general website policy. The competent forum and territorial jurisdiction will be determined by applicable law and the facts of the dispute.
17. General provisions
If a term is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to the extent they can operate lawfully. A delay in enforcing a term does not automatically waive it. You may retain a copy of the version relevant to your transaction. These terms do not create an employment, partnership or government-agency relationship between the Company and a listed provider.
